I bought this external charger to be kept at a different location home/work. I didnt know I also had to purchase a plug for the outlet. Im wondering why it wasnt sold together as a full unit.

My granddaughter negligently allowed her dogs to chew up her laptop charging cable. Because this was not her first instance of such negligence she begged me to help her cover up her crime from her parents. I ordered the cable from LG requested the expedited shipping. The delivery took a couple of days longer than advertised but still timely enough to allow her to avoid the consequences of her mistake.

Worked for the laptop for about 8 months and then just stopped working. Called LG as I bought it from them and was told they only have a 90 day warranty on parts. Next time I guess I will need to look at getting a different brand computer.

I bought one last year and was so pleased I bought another this year. As a lawyer I need to carry a quick but light laptop. This is the best and the display is very sharp. The keyboard is very comfortable and easy to use. I couldnt recommend it more. It is so light that it can be carried an any kind of bag.

The cable on the A/C adaptor is so thin that it frayed down to bare wire in a few places within nine months of purchasing the laptop. Otherwise the LG gram is a great laptop and reads/writes superfast on the two 1TB SSD storage devices.

Although I ordered the correct power supply for my Gram laptop I received a power supply inconsistent with the order. I have also had the misfortune of having to learn how to return the incorrect order. As I now have a return authorization number that will allow me to return the incorrect order I will do so with the hope that LG will correctly fill the original order. Until my order is correctly filled my rating will remain one star.
